As the first post on this brand new blog, I figure I should tell you a but about who I am.

My name’s Nic Sando and I’m a guy from New Zealand which is a little country near Antarctica. It’s nice enough I guess. Specifically, I’m Twenty Three and I live in a flat in Wellington with my girlfriend, my friends Bex and Layne, and a cute as a button first year girl called Anna-Rose; she’s totally chibi.

My interests include performing with fire, comix and improv. You can tell by my using the x in comix and not using the long form ‘improvisational theatre’, that I mean business about both of these things. Because they are serious business. Thanks internet memes; now I don’t have to think for myself for those beautiful clichés. I couldn’t think of something funny about fire, so I just decided I’d show a picture of me showing off to some little kids. It’s how I get to feel like I’m a big man.

For the last couple of years I have been a Theatre and Film student at Victoria University (of Wellington) where I’ve been learning and thinking about theatre and film. Go figure.

Note the frightened children in the background.

Before that, I was a pupil at Paraparaumu College where I specialised in slacking off and performing in the various theatre and singing extra curricular projects that appeared around then. Before that, I was a pupil at Kenakena School, a primary school, where I was kind of weird and liked reading. Before that, I was a preschooler who primarily focused on finding candy and watching Dinoriders, My Little Pony and Transformers. All in all, it was a very rewarding time in my life.

Anyways, this is enough of a place holder post, good night everybody.
