A traditional New Zealand Christmas begins at the grocery store. Because it is summer in the southern hemisphere, instead of the bitter and cold winter of the northern hemisphere we like to eat light and fresh summer foods, like turkey, gravy, mashed potatoes and ham. Actually, it turns out that kiwi’s feel some need to import and uphold the traditions of our northern ancestors. Pass another, piece of hot steamed pudding over mum. Mmmn, isn’t that just what you need on a hot and humid day? In conclusion, bite me northern hemisphere.

Did you know that an ovum looks very similar to the nurofen symbol? I did. I first noticed this weird situation after watching Look Who’s Talking and consequently getting a headache. Wait, did I say consecuently? I meant subsequently! Just because I can make a correlation does not mean that I can claim causation. They are statistically linked but not statistically relevant! Damn it!

Kirsty is a foul and often repugnant woman. Atleast, that’s what I hear about her in Church. Did you know that in Church you can force people to interact with you? It’s called fellowship. It’s like forced socialization, like School or Puppy Training. I like school because it has a really big swing. And monkey bars! They are fun but scary.

Kiwi values for a strong kiwi man. Did you know that kiwifruit used to be from China and then we started growing it and making it delicious? Did you then know that the filthy italians took our beautiful vines and started competing against us with the same product? No? We’re pretty pissed about it. It’s why we rebranded, called ourselves zespri international. By we I mean some faceless kiwifruit corporation, and not actually me.
